EXCHANGES
- To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us with your full name and order # within 10 days of receiving the product to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement if the product is available. If a replacement is not available you will have the option of exchanging for another item or store credit.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
- We have a 30 days Return Policy, and items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
SHIPPING EXCHANGE PRODUCTS
- To return your product, you must contact us through email prior to shipping the item
- If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
**We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If you have put in the wrong address at checkout and your package is sent back to us, you will have to cover the fees to reship the order**
